Cliff does not believe in letting the sun set on an unanswered phone call and does his best to return all client calls before the end of business on the day they call. Cliff understands that his clients have jobs and lives outside of their legal issues and is happy to schedule client meetings outside of regular business hours, whenever works best for them - be it early in the morning, evenings or weekends.
